What is Thermara?

How do the heated products work?

Our apparel uses carbon-fiber heating elements powered by a rechargeable battery pack. Simply plug in the battery, press the power button, and select your desired heat level.

Are the heated clothes safe?

Yes. Thermara products include built-in temperature protection, short-circuit prevention, and auto-regulation features. Always follow the instructions included with your product.


2. Sizing & Fit

How do I choose the right size?

Each product page includes a size chart. For the best fit, measure your chest, waist, and length, then compare them to the chart. If you’re between sizes, we recommend sizing up for comfort.

Do the products fit underneath regular jackets or clothing?

Yes. Thermara heated apparel is designed to be lightweight and slim enough to layer under outerwear.

How long does the battery last?

Battery life varies depending on heat setting:

  • Low: 6–10 hours

  • Medium: 4–6 hours

  • High: 2–4 hours

How long does it take to charge the battery?

Most batteries take 3–4 hours to fully charge.

Can I use third-party chargers or battery packs?

No. We strongly recommend using only Thermara-approved chargers and batteries to prevent overheating or damage.


4. Using & Caring for Your Heated Apparel

Can I wash my heated clothing?

Yes, but always remove the battery first. We recommend hand washing or using a laundry bag on a gentle cycle. Air dry only — do not machine dry.

Can I wear the heated clothing in the rain?

Light moisture or drizzle is fine, but do not expose battery components to heavy rain or submersion.

Is it safe to sleep in heated clothing?

No. Heated apparel should not be worn while sleeping due to overheating risk.

How long will it take for my order to arrive?

Shipping times vary by location. Typical delivery:

  • USA: 5–12 business days

  • Canada: 7–15 business days

  • UK & Europe: 5–15 business days

  • Australia: 7–15 business days

Do your products come with a warranty?

Yes. Thermara offers a limited warranty covering manufacturing defects. Damage from misuse, water exposure, or unauthorized modifications is not covered.
