. Order Processing Time

We process orders Monday through Friday (excluding holidays).

  • Standard processing time: 1–3 business days

  • During peak seasons or promotional events, processing times may be slightly longer.

You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been placed, and a follow-up email with tracking information once it has shipped.


2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method. Delivery times vary by destination.

Estimated Delivery Times

 

  • United States: 5–12 business days

  • Canada: 7–15 business days

  • United Kingdom: 5–12 business days

  • Australia: 7–15 business days

  • Europe: 5–15 business days

  • Rest of World: 10–20 business days

Please note: These are estimated shipping times once the package leaves our warehouse. Unexpected delays (e.g., customs, weather, carrier issues) may occur.


3. Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive an email containing your tracking number. Tracking updates may take 24–48 hours to appear in the system.

If you have not received tracking information after 5 business days, please contact our support team.


4. Shipping Destinations

Thermara ships worldwide unless restricted by local laws or carrier limitations.
We do not ship to:

  • P.O. boxes in certain countries

  • Military or restricted zones that carriers are unable to service

If a destination is unavailable for shipping, you will be notified at checkout.


5. Customs, Duties & Taxes

International shipments may be subject to customs fees, import taxes, or duties imposed by your country.

  • These charges are not included in your order total.

  • The customer is responsible for paying any applicable fees upon delivery.

  • Thermara is not responsible for delays caused by customs inspections.


6. Lost, Damaged, or Stolen Packages

Thermara is not responsible for packages lost or stolen after delivery is confirmed by the carrier.

If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit:

  1. Contact our support team within 7 days of delivery or expected delivery.

  2. Provide your order number and any supporting evidence (photos, tracking details).

  3. We will assist you in filing a claim or arranging a replacement when eligible.


7. Incorrect Address Policy

It is the customer’s responsibility to provide accurate shipping information at checkout.
If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address:

  • You may be responsible for additional shipping costs.

  • We are not liable for delays caused by incorrect address details.

If you need to update an address before your order ships, please contact us immediately.


8. Shipping Delays

While we do our best to ship orders promptly, delays can occur due to:

  • High order volume

  • Weather conditions

  • Customs inspections

  • Carrier delays

Thermara is not responsible for delays outside of our control.
